heaton village toddler group

We are a toddler group which is run for the benefit of babies toddlers and pre-school children and their parents, childminders, grandparents or carers.

We meet every Wednesday and Friday, between 9.30am and 11.30am during term time.  We sometimes open in school holidays as well. You are welcome to join Heaton Village Toddler Group and attend either or both of these sessions.

We have toys, games, activities, singing etc. so children can have lots of fun, as well as the chance to meet and form friendships with other children and adults. The group also provides parents and carers with the opportunity to be involved in their children’s activities and the chance to socialise and support one another.

We make a small charge for each session. The money collected is used to cover the hall rental,  insurance , refreshments and the purchase of toys and equipment.  We provide fresh fruit, toast etc for snacks and organise craft activities which require regular purchase of resources. If we’re lucky enough to have money left over, we can use it to subsidise special events and activies.
